Our manufacturing processes and technologies also came from a leading halogen lamp manufacturer in the USA. For instance,Sonlite has a state-of-the art automatic press-sealing machine -- this gua rantees the quality of our seals with the filament mounts to the hard glass. Our gas mixing and exhaust systems use a customized gas mixing process combined with a computer-controlled clean,fill, and sealing process. Our aluminizing workstations use a vacuum technology that consistently produces lamps,which meet our specifications for uniformity and thickness of coating. The semi-automatic assembling line includes semi-automatic capsule cementing machines and an automatic lens bonding system.

Sonlite manufactures halogen PAR lamps which have the characteristics demanded by our customers: long life, high lumens (exceed EPACT92 standards of United States) and consistent light output distribution.
